Data source
Listings on Pelvic Therapy Finder are compiled from NPPES NPI Registry (official CMS API). We do not accept paid submissions in place of verified records; every listing traces back to a real, publicly sourced entry.
Coverage and de-duplication
Pelvic Therapy Finder currently lists 1183 pelvic floor therapists across 6 states. Records are matched on name, address, and location to remove duplicate entries before publication. A listing is only given its own city page once enough verified records exist for that city; smaller cities are rolled up onto their state page so visitors are never sent to a near-empty page.
Update cadence
The underlying dataset is refreshed on a regular cycle, and every listing and hub page on this site carries a "last verified" or "last updated" date so visitors can see exactly how current the information is. We do not display a verification date we cannot back with an actual data timestamp.
What we don't do
Pelvic Therapy Finder does not publish user opinions or numeric scores unless the underlying data includes them; where no such data exists, our pages describe only what is verifiably on record (name, address, category, contact details) and never imply social proof we can't support.
